Monsoon Retreat 2016 – Udaipur

As part of our bi-yearly trip, Team Phonon visited Udaipur and Chittorgarh on the long Janmashtami weekend. Our roadtrip across Mewar started included stay at the beautiful Anand Bhawan with a picturesque view of Udaipur, boating at the beautiful Fatehsagar Lake and visits to the historic Chittorgarh Fort, the Sajjangarh Fort and City Palace. Some of us also took time off to make an early morning excursion to Srinathji temple. Some glimpses of the memories that we shall always cherish!

    

Rewards and Recognition session that recognized team-players, performers and star contributors.

The “Tallest Tower of Cards” was 15 minutes of break-neck team work! The competition, timing and shouts all across were hair raising. The game provided a platform for team bonding among the employees and their family members.

“Speak your Mind” was an excellent team-building exercise. We work together, but little do we share what we know about each other. Each employee picked a fish-pond to speak about someone else from Phonon.

Our CEO, Ujwal, took a very interesting 30 minutes to give his insights on various methodologies that we shall be adopting for the year ahead and various expansion plans to dig deeper into the market. This was not just one-way, but included interesting questions and answers.

The trip facilitated better communication among the employees, their family members and management which helped us to improve office relationships and break the barrier among themselves. Here are some pictures of us together leaving Udaipur.
